Waist Size exercise Exercise # 5: Statement of bust with twist
Starting position: lying back (lying on back), legs bent, feet on the ground, arms stretched along the body.
Execution of Exercise: As you exhale, push up the bust by winding the spine. Halfway through, do a twist to bust either right or left. The bent arm with the movement until the end. Inspire by controlling the descent and is based only lumbar ground.

Tips: it is an exercise of advanced level. Do twisting without exaggeration, take the time to perform the movement.
